The Game recently responded to reports of him being involved in an altercation at a relative's funeral.
As reported earlier, Game's cousin (Robert "Kirky" Kirkwood) filed a police report claiming that the Compton rapper attacked him at his sister's funeral.
Kirkwood claimed that Game had agreed to pay half of the bill for his sister's funeral but stiffed him when it was time to pay up.
Kirkwood claimed that Game appeared unexpectedly at his sister's funeral and when he approached Game about the funding for the funeral outside the church, the rapper would punch him in the face.
The Game admitted to the altercation via an interview with Phoenix’s Power 98.3 claiming that Kirkwoodwas out for money and even planned an ambush.
“My family ain't never been like a real family, they fight at every funeral I’ve ever been to,” Gameexplained. “I don't wanna be around these people because I know how they are, they're cruel and now that I’m 'The Game', I already know what their motivation is, there motivation is money”“And then he's like 'you ain't my mother fucking family' and he pushed me,” Game said. “My reaction was just to do what anybody would do in that situation and the whole family jumped in and it was a royal rumble. I had no idea he would go to the police. I didn't bring no entourage or no weapons. More money, more problems. My family is now my worst enemy, I hate them more than I hate 50 [Cent].”
When asked if he really hated 50 Cent, Game would respond saying he doesn’t fully hate the G-Unithoncho and called him ‘unhappy’.
“I don’t genuinely hate 50 but I genuinely hate the things he has done to try to take food out of my kids’ mouths and try to render me helpless in hip hop,” Game explained. “I hate the things he's tried to do to myself, Young Buck and the same things he's gonna do to Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo if they go the other way”.
“50 is just an unhappy individual and no matter how much money he gets, no matter how much Vitamin water her drinks, how much steroids he takes, how much deodorant he sells, he is never gonna be happy,” Game stressed.
Wrapping up the interview, Game would be asked what he predicts will happen to G-Unit after projecting that Young Buck would leave the group. The Game would say: “I predict Lloyd Banks is gonna be the next leaving but Yayo will stick it out with his boyfriend forever”.
Mobb Deep has reportedly filed a lawsuit against their former manager for releasing their recordings without permission.
According to TMZ, Mobb Deep claim that Norman 'Purfek Storm' Bell released a batch of their unreleased songs via a two disc compilation titledInfamous Archives in 2007 without their consent.
The New York rappers claim that Bell profited from the compilation and owes them over a million dollars in back royalties.
Bell could not be reached for comment.
Superstar R&B crooner Chris Brown is reportedly in final negotiations to join the cast of an upcoming heist caper titled Bone Deep.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Bone Deepwill revolve around a crew of robbers who plan to clean out a money depot.
The cast already includes Atlanta rapper T.I., Matt Dillon and Idris Elba.
Brown is gunning for a role as one of the members of the heist crew.
Brown has already appeared in two movies, Stomp The Yard and This Christmas. He is currently attached to star in a sports drama titled Phenom.

An unpaid bill for stereo equipment that was installed in his ride has landed Atlanta rapper Yung Joc in court.According to WBSTV, a local custom body shop calledStereotypes claims that Joc failed to pay them $25,000 for stereo equipment they installed in his car.The trial surrounding the case will kick off today (July 14) at the Fulton County Courthouse.
